Who pays the platform fee?
Both sides pay a small share. Clients pay 15% on top of the creator rate (10% on Pro). Creators pay 10% from their advertised rate (5% on Plus). The split is shown transparently at checkout.
What happens if a creator doesn't deliver?
Funds sit in Stripe escrow until you approve the work. If a creator no-shows or delivers something unusable, our team mediates. We've refunded 100% of disputed jobs in the last 6 months.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the change kicks in immediately. Downgrade and the change applies at the end of your current cycle. No fees either way.
Do unused Pro reels roll over?
One month, yes. Don't use both reels in May, they roll into June. After that they expire. Use them.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Never. Pay-as-you-go has zero commitment. Pro and Plus are month-to-month. Cancel from settings in two clicks.
Do you support GST invoices and creator BAS?
Yes. Every booking generates an Australian-compliant tax invoice with our ABN and the creator's ABN. Creators on Plus get exportable BAS reports each quarter.
Is there a minimum job size?
No minimum, but our average is $180 and most creators set a $80 floor. The platform-fee maths only really work above $50, so very tiny tasks aren't a fit.
